Maya had an amazing experience taking part in the “girls night out” bat mitzvah prep course. We live in an interfaith household so it was great to expose her to her Jewish background and traditions.
Mirel has done such an amazing job creating community here in Tiburon which brings such comfort as we live far away from family and friends.

When my daughter, Nina became the first group of young ladies to go through this beautiful Bat Mitzvah program, we were part of a small, intimate group, and we had no idea just how deeply it would impact our lives. For our family, this journey wasn't just about preparing for a milestone; it was the key that helped us beautifully integrate Jewish religion, culture, and tradition back into our home and our daily lives. Rabbi Levi and his amazing wife, Mirel, truly opened their hearts and their home to us from day one. Every single month, the girls would gather at different homes for hands-on activities—whether they were baking, crafting, or creating something incredible that brought the Jewish topic of the month to life. It made learning feel like a celebration.

We loved the monthly programs. Each one was so fun and creative. Mirel was able to keep it fun, light, interactive, and creative while still teaching important life lessons for girls. My daughter looked forward to each activity.
